New Improvements/Features: Streamlined Transfer Bidding

You can now see the maximum you can pay for a player before you make a transfer bid. Prior to submitting a transfer bid the player’s Chairman will inform you the minimum transfer fee they will accept and the player will also inform you the wage they expect up to. However, his agent and your Chairman will negotiate the exact amount. Your Chairman will also inform you the maximum transfer fee that they are willing to pay.

this is going a little too far
any team that can now see a maximum offer that has the funds will therefor bid it which takes away the aspect of the game

no maybe it does in a way but i think it makes it easier for managers to bid so the chair man doesnt snub the bid or wot ever it does thru the chairman
