I am going to put some scenarios within this l in relation to 24/7 transfers which should help you to understand the transfer system better.

Transfer between two managed club:

Scenario #1

Club A submits a transfer offer to club B at 20:00 Game Time for 20m (undisclosed);
Club B accepts the offer from club A before around 22:00 Game Time;
Transfer processes following day before around 22:00 Game Time.

Scenario #2

Club A submits a transfer offer to club B at 11:00 Game Time for 20m (undisclosed);
Club C submits a transfer offer to club B at 18:00 Game Time for 25m (undisclosed);
Club B accepts the offer from club C before around 18:30 Game Time;
Transfer processes following day before around 18:30 Game Time.

Transfer between managed club and unmanaged/external club:

Scenario #1

Club A submits a transfer offer to club X at 12:00 Game Time for 20m (undisclosed);
Club B submits a transfer offer to club X at 12:45 Game Time for 21m (undisclosed);
Club C submits a transfer offer to club X at 15:00 Game Time for 18.5m (undisclosed);
Club X views all of the offers from clubs A, B & C at 12:00 Game Time the following day;
Club X accepts the offer from club B before around 12:00 Game Time;
Transfer processes before around 12:00 Game Time.

Scenario #2

Club A submits a transfer offer to club X at 09:45 Game Time for 20m (undisclosed);
Club B submits a transfer offer to club X at 10:45 Game Time for 18.5m (undisclosed);
Club C submits a transfer offer to club X at 23:00 Game Time for 22.5m (undisclosed);
Club A withdraws transfers offer at 15:15 Game Time;
Club A submits a new transfer offer at 15:20 Game Time for 20.5m (undisclosed);
Club X views all of the offers from clubs A, B & C before around 10:45 Game Time the following day;
Club X accepts the offer from club C before around 10:45 Game Time;
Transfer processes before around 10:45 Game Time.

Transfer between managed club and free-agent:

Scenario #1

Club A submits a transfer offer for free-agent at 10:00 Game Time for 20m (undisclosed);
AI accepts the offer from club A before around 10:00 Game Time the following day;
Transfer processes before around 10:00 Game Time.

Scenario #2

Club A submits a transfer offer for free-agent at 10:00 Game Time for 1m (undisclosed);
Club Bsubmits a transfer offer for free-agent at 12:00 Game Time for 1.25m (undisclosed);
Club Csubmits a transfer offer for free-agent at 15:00 Game Time for 2m (undisclosed);
Club A withdraws transfer offer at 15:05 Game Time;
Club A submits a new transfer offer for free-agent at 15:10 Game Time for 2.5m (undisclosed);
Club B withdraws transfer offer at 16:45 Game Time;
