Proposed Clubs for World Setup Div 2

It is that time of year again when SM review teams in the World Setups. Last year we decided to include some unusual clubs like Urawa Red Diamonds, Espérance de Tunis, Al-Ahly, Djurgårdens etc. Unfortunately in most setups people have decided against a different challenge, and prefer the traditional Western clubs.
The proposed clubs for DivisionTwo:
- CSKA Moskva
- Zaragoza
- Fiorentina
- Villarreal
- Newcastle
- FC Shalke
- Palermo
- Benfica
- PSV
- Fenerbache
- VFB Stuttgart
- Hamburger
- Marseille
- Boca Juniors
- River Plate
- Celtic
- Sporting Lisbon
- Dynamo Kyiv
- Lazio
- Everton
These are clubs who have large fan bases, decent size stadiums, and with good management will be able to compete with clubs in Division One, if or when they are promoted.

why isnt athletico madrid in any leagues anymore.
there quite a good side.

I agree athletico Madrid hav an average rating of 91-92 so y hav they excluded them from the world setup they should at least be in div 2
